Last Updated: February 1, 2021
The information on this website is provided for general business information. It explains administrative management and operations coordination services and should not be interpreted as professional advice outside that limited scope.
1. General informational content
Website content describes common operational topics such as planning, recurring schedules, task tracking, responsibility assignment, procedure documentation, workflow coordination, and internal management reporting. The content is not tailored to a visitor’s specific organization, contracts, regulatory environment, technology, staffing, or legal obligations.
No visitor should make a significant business, financial, legal, tax, employment, investment, or compliance decision solely because of general website content. A specific engagement and appropriate qualified advisers may be required.
2. Administrative scope only
Winbrooke Trust Managing provides general administrative organization and operational support. Services may help structure working plans, calendars, checklists, process guides, task lists, handoffs, status summaries, and internal reporting routines. The company does not assume control of a client’s business and does not make executive decisions on the client’s behalf.
The client remains responsible for approvals, personnel decisions, implementation, supervision, data accuracy, compliance, and the suitability of any process used in its organization.
3. No investment, fiduciary, or financial services
Nothing on this website is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell an asset, portfolio management, financial planning, securities activity, trust administration, fiduciary service, banking service, lending service, or management of money or assets. Winbrooke Trust Managing does not hold, control, transfer, invest, safeguard, or direct client funds or assets.
The word “Trust” in the business name does not mean that the company acts as a trustee, trust company, fiduciary, custodian, investment adviser, or financial institution. Questions in those fields should be directed to appropriately licensed and qualified professionals.
4. No accounting, tax, or legal services
Services do not include bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, auditing, tax preparation, tax advice, legal advice, legal representation, contract drafting, or interpretation of law. Administrative organization of client-provided information does not convert that work into accounting, tax, audit, or legal service.
A management report prepared under an engagement is an internal operational summary based on supplied information. It is not an audited statement, assurance report, financial opinion, valuation, legal memorandum, or regulatory filing.
5. No guarantee of results
Administrative structure can support clearer coordination, but no result is guaranteed. Outcomes depend on factors including client participation, leadership decisions, staffing, source information, implementation quality, systems, market conditions, third parties, and events outside reasonable control. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not promise that another client will receive the same result.
Pricing, timelines, service descriptions, and examples on the website are general. A written scope is required to establish binding deliverables, fees, assumptions, and timing.
6. Accuracy and completeness
We aim to keep website information clear, but no representation is made that every statement is complete, current, or free from error. Operational terminology can differ among organizations. Information may be revised, corrected, or removed without notice. Visitors should verify details before relying on them.
Client deliverables are based on information supplied during the engagement. We do not independently audit or authenticate all source information unless a specific verification step is expressly included. The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and identifying inaccuracies or changed circumstances.
7. Technology and availability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. Hosting interruptions, maintenance, browser differences, network problems, third-party services, or security events may affect access. We do not guarantee continuous availability, perfect compatibility, or error-free operation.
The website form performs browser-side validation and displays an on-page confirmation. It does not open an email application and should not be interpreted as proof that a message has been transmitted unless the website is separately configured to submit data and confirms that behavior.
8. Third-party references and tools
A service engagement may involve client-selected software, platforms, templates, or service providers. Mentioning or organizing work around a third-party tool does not mean that Winbrooke Trust Managing controls, endorses, guarantees, or accepts responsibility for that tool. The client is responsible for licenses, access permissions, configuration, security, and compliance associated with its systems.
9. Confidential and sensitive information
Visitors and clients should provide only information reasonably needed for the stated administrative purpose. They should not provide bank credentials, investment account access, trust assets, payment card details, privileged legal information, health information, or sensitive identifiers through a general inquiry. The absence of a warning on a particular field does not mean that such information is requested.
10. Testimonials
Testimonials on the website are presented as client feedback supplied for the identified service categories. They reflect the views and circumstances described by the individuals attributed to them. They are not independent audits, statistical evidence, warranties, or guarantees of future experience. Results and usefulness vary according to scope and implementation.
11. Limitation of reliance
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winbrooke Trust Managing is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, a visitor’s decision not to obtain qualified advice, unauthorized use of materials, or a client’s failure to review and implement a deliverable responsibly. Contractual rights and remedies for a paid engagement are governed by the applicable written agreement.
12. Changes to this disclaimer
This Disclaimer may be updated to reflect changes in website content, service descriptions, technology, or business practices. The date above identifies the displayed version. Continued website use should be accompanied by review of the current language.
